The space "La Casetta Gialla" is a studio apartment located on the second floor of a building in the historic center of Santa Flavia. It has large windows and a double bed, a kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. Available: a large terrace with panoramic views, partly covered, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, free high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, electric kettle and other useful accessories to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to "La Casetta Gialla" and its private terrace/solarium through the only common areas, which are the entrance and access staircase. Other things to note N.B.: as of July 1, 2023, the Municipal Administration of Santa Flavia, with Council Resolution no. 48 of 04/12/2023, has established the Accommodation Tax in the amount of €2.00 per person, for the first six days of stay.
