The space In the case of a third guest, a small room can be equipped with a Futon as a bed, for a surcharge ( 20€ breakfast included),ask during booking. In addition to the room and private bathroom you can enjoy the living room to watch TV or to listen to music or work with your laptop at the large table where breakfast is served. Books in Italian, English and French are at your disposal( both from the library of the living room and from the personal one in our room), maps and travel books available. In the house live also 4 cats and 2 dogs Basenji, they are respectful and clean and have a space right where they are and do not have access to the rooms. If you are a smoker you can use the terrace of your room or the terrace outside the living room. Guest access You have access to the terrace of the bedroom, the living room, the garden and if you need tools also the garage, access to the laundry. During your stay Max will welcome you personally upon your arrival and will provide you with all the information you may need. We will be available to guests during the day or reachable by mobile phone if outside the house Other things to note The room and the bathroom are located on the first floor, reachable by a staircase of 15 steps, is not recommended for those with deanbulation problems.
