Located in the heart of Scotland, close to a host of Castles and traditional culture. Close to the road that starts the journey to Balmoral, and Speyside whisky distilleries. A great local village with a host of amenities, but small enough to maintain a quality village life. There is a large car park adjacent to the property, with free 24/7 parking. Host happy to provide information on whats local, and information on routes to attractions close by. The space Large detached house, with large local car parking (free) adjacent to house. House sits to the right of the car park. Very quiet house with 2 other adults residing. Ideal space to relax and unwind, whether on holiday or working away from home. Bed, tea/coffee (self service). NO Access to host kitchen space, utility area only, where fridge with milk for guests to help themselves. There is NO access to prepare lunch/evening meal. There is access to dining area/sitting area for breakfast. Located in kitchen area. Guests must wash any crockery post usage in kitchen facilities located off kitchen in utility area. Free local parking close proximity to property. Guest access Large detached house, with large local car parking (free) adjacent to house. House sits to the right of the car park. There is NO Access to family kitchen for meals, lunch/supper prep. However, there can be access to family kitchen to prepare light breakfast, NO cooking facilities available at breakfast time. Host provides utility area with fridge, milk and tea/coffee, ( if tea/coffee and milk required, please request) washing up area purely for guest usage, is located in utility area. Small fridge available for guest usage only. Small dining area in kitchen available for guests to use for breakfast, this space is shared with host. If guests are looking for meal or meal preparation other than breakfast, alternative arrangements for food would be required. There are a variety of eating establishments/options both locally and larger village with a lot more restaurants etc, is located within 10 minutes drive. Free local parking close proximity to property. During your stay Host is available on site, for any queries. Host wishes guests to feel at home, and will not impose on guests during their stay. Other things to note Second relaxing bedroom and Tranquility share a bathroom with over bath shower. It is rare for both rooms to be booked same evening, but guests should be aware.
