Cottage in Fort Erie

Our beach house is a comfortable retreat for enjoying the white sands and warm water of Bay Beach. Crystal Beach offers a peaceful and quaint atmosphere with great restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails. Day trips could include downtown Ridgeway, winery and brewery stops, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Port Colborne. The beach house offers a full bathroom, spacious kitchen, separate dining room, living room, laundry room, fire pit, bbq, dining table with umbrella and patio set. The space License Number: STR-000119 The Beach House is located in a quiet and quaint residential area, a short 1 km walk from Bay Beach and several restaurants. We are licensed as a short term rental operator through the Town of Fort Erie. The Beach House location provides the best of both worlds; a fun beach vibe and a peaceful evening retreat. Comfortable bedding and towels are provided and a few toiletries. We are happy to offer our guests use of the Unscented Company all natural, made in Canada bath and body products during your stay. The kitchen contains pots, pans and dishes to help you cook a gourmet meal. However with all the amazing restaurants within walking distance you may choose not to cook. Please note that to COVID there are no oils, spices or condiments left on site. Please bring your own cooking supplies, Keurig coffee pods, beach towels and whatever you'd like to bring to the beach. Unfortunately the beach house can not accommodate pets; including dogs of any size, due to allergies. Please be sure to leave your furry animals at home. The beach house is equipped with high speed internet, and a Chromecast to play your subscriptions on the TV. A firepit with first supply of wood and a cozy patio with sitting area, dining table and bbq is available in the backyard. We are so fortunate to have the friendliest of neighbours. Please be respectful of their space and be conscientious of our quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am. You will find the most delicious restaurants just a short walk away (San Vitos, Casa Hugo, Southcoast, Mables, Crystal Ball, Crystal Chandelier and the Beach House among many others). There is also a convenience store on Derby Road where additional wood or forgotten supplies may be purchased. Our Property Manager will welcome you upon arrival to provide the key and answer any questions. Groups larger than our licensed capacity and parties of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in a loss of deposit. We thank you in advance for following our house rules. We hope you enjoy the Beach House and Crystal Beach as much as we do! Guest access There is no parking permitted on the street, however our beach house driveway can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles. If you plan to have more than three vehicles, please ask for information about suitable parking spots. You may wish to bring bikes for your stay as Crystal Beach is a very bike friendly town. The Friendship Trail is close by and offers an enjoyable car free biking path. Other things to note We look forward to meeting you upon arrival to welcome you to the beach house, provide the key and share helpful information. In our absence our cleaner Kim will meet you. We will also meet you upon departure. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate requests to bring pets due to allergies. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the beach house. Lastly the beach house can not accommodate more than six guests. Welcome to the neighborhood and please respect the beach house as your own.
