Fully equipped Quiet cozy bedroom that can sleep 3 with personal DETACHED bathroom right next to your bedroom with many perks and amenities Included, lets not forget the direct patio access from your bedroom. 2 large sized closets. An excellent designated free parking spot. Walking distance to ONTARIO CONVENTION CENTER, many restaurants, convenience stores & just a couple of blocks to HWY 10 entrance & ONTARIO AIRPORT. DUE TO FREEWAY EXPANSION THERE IS VISIBLE CONSTRUCTION ON HWY 10. The space I’m sorry there is NO MARIJUANA SMOKING aloud here. My husband and I are the only people who live here with our puppy, we have our own bedroom, bathroom, & loft upstairs so you’ll have plenty of your own space and privacy. You will have your bedroom & bathroom downstairs and are the only AIRBNB guest in our home. Access to patio through your bedroom sliding door so you can relax after a long day feel free to have a glass of wine, chilled beer, iced soda pick your poison. Access to movies, plenty of streaming services & books so you may enjoy in the privacy of your room. Guest access You’ll have a designated parking spot inside our complex right next to our walkway (you literally have the best parking spot lol) there’s also Free visitor parking, and Free street parking. During your stay I work out of the home as well so I will be in and out of the place but I will be available via text or phone call no problem. I and my husband who is also my cohost are available for any questions or guidance you may need other than that we give you your space and let you enjoy your stay with us. I do want to emphasize that the rules are expected to be followed if not it will be addressed immediately. Other things to note Although smoking is aloud marijuana IS NOT. I have a puppy, he’s a toy poodle he will be sleeping with us upstairs but he does roam around the house lol. He is a hypoallergenic dog though so be at ease. I on the other hand have a dog and cat allergy but I just can't send my puppy away. Yes I have been tested and have doctors note and test results confirming my allergy. Sorry for those who travel with pets this is not the proper stay for you.
