Our newly built split-level maisonette & apartment are situated in the heart of Laganas, close to everything: 2 mins on foot (200m) from the main strip with the best bars/restaurants/shops of Laganas area and only 8 mins away (700m) from Laganas beach. Its central location makes it an ideal location for families or for a group of friends who want to relax at the private outdoor space and at the same time be within walking distance of everything. The space Anemoni Apartments consist of two ground floor apartments and one split-level maisonette. This listing is for the split-level maisonette & one of the two available apartments. The split-level maisonette has one bedroom, one living room, a WC and a kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, as following: Bedroom on the upper floor: 1 king size bed (for 2 guests) Living room: 1 single bed and 1 double sofa bed (for 3 guests) The apartment has one bedroom, one living room, a WC and a kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests, as following: Bedroom: 1 king size bed (for 2 guests) Living room: 1 single bed Guest access Both the apartment & the maisonette are equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens on all windows/doors • LCD TV • Safe box • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, mini oven, mini electric hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels Basic cleaning will be provided every two days. The apartment has its own patio with outdoor garden furniture, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or just relax under the sunshine. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy means: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
