The loggia opens onto a 14 m2 garden with a table and chairs for you to have your meals. Private parking is available. Access the residence's private swimming pool (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) in summer. The space The studio is located in a gated community and is very well located. You can easily go to the beach and enjoy the residence's swimming pool. This studio is also ideal for remote working. Very high-speed fiber internet allows you to conduct your professional activity. An office space is dedicated to remote working, with the ability to connect your computer directly to the internet network. The studio is close to shops (Leclerc, Intermarché less than 2 km away, Bakery, Pharmacy 1.5 km away). It is very well served (bus stop in front of the residence and sea pier 1 km away). The bus allows you to reach Toulon train station for an arrival by train. Other things to note Important: The pool is only open in the summer season. open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Note for access to the pool: "Baggy" swim shorts for men are not allowed. For your convenience, pool towels are available for your stay in our studio. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning the kitchen.
