The space Our cosy and spacious house has a very large living room with dining area, two bedrooms (one double and one single) and one office / bedroom (single bed that can be transformed into a double bed). So the house is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. We have comfortable working spaces and fibre Internet. The built-in kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. In the bathroom there is a shower and a separate bath tub and we also have an extra toilet. Behind the house is a large fenced garden with a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and chairs and cozy seating area. For young guests we can provide a cot and a highchair and we have some books and toys available. Gas is included for short stays, but NOT included in the rent for monthly stays and will be charged extra according to usage- 0,06€ per kWh (that's ROUGHLY about 10€ per day in winter depending on how much you heat) This allows us to keep the base rent lower and thus fairer if everyone pays what they use Guest access everywhere except the small closet room off the main bedroom (behind the curtain) and the cellar Other things to note we recommend a car. we allow pets and in summer we are there with our animals. of course all thoroughly cleaned, but if highly allergic might be a problem. not all windows have working shutters, but if they don't, three's a curtain
