Interaction in Shared Spaces The living rooms, kitchen, gym, and table tennis area are natural places for conversation and交流. If someone looks busy or prefers quiet, please respect that. If you would like to cook or play together, kindly ask, “May I join you?” Respect Privacy Guest rooms and bed spaces are private areas. Do not enter without permission or invite in anyone who is not a registered guest. Meetings with non-registered visitors may take place outdoors at the tables provided. Noise & Time Manners After 22:00, please keep voices, games, and music at a low volume. Washing machines and dryers should not be used between 23:00 and 6:00. Avoid Sensitive Topics To prevent trouble, please avoid discussions of religion, politics, or personal finances. When sharing food or drinks, always confirm whether there are allergies or religious restrictions. As this is a self check-in style accommodation, please note that we cannot provide services such as pick-up, drop-off, or guided tours. Other things to note Our hotel uses automatic self-check-in. Therefore, you will not be able to interact or meet with our staff directly. After making a reservation, we will send you the customer's My Page URL (minnpakuinn). You will need to fill out the guest list in advance through the system in the URL (in particular, please fill in your email address). Airbnb doesn't make your email address public, so we can't automatically send you a check-in code. The check-in code will be sent at 20:00 the day before your stay, so please complete it by then. *Customer My Page URL (minnpakuinn) is sent manually, so response times may be delayed due to holidays, etc. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could remind us. If you submit a guest list for all guests in advance, you can simply scan the QR code at check-in and receive the key code to complete check-in. If you wish to use the parking lot, we will provide instructions on how to use it after making your reservation. If you are looking for hotel-like service and soundproofing facilities, we recommend staying at a hotel. You may hear the sounds of walking in the hallways, other guests' conversations, and the sound of hair dryers, but our hotel is built like a bed and breakfast. However, if you are willing to accept the request, we would appreciate your understanding. The hotel is suitable for long-term stays, and we recommend staying in a hotel for short stays of one or two nights (especially if the total number of guests is 4 or less). *Security cameras are installed in common areas (entrance, kitchen, living room, etc.).
