You will be hospitably greeted by a house with all amenities right on the banks of the Volga with its own berth. Here everyone will find their source of harmony: silence, pine forest and river 5 meters from the house, barbecues, berries, mushrooms, fishing, boat or bicycle rides. Perfect for families with children and for small intelligent companies for a quiet family vacation The space The house is located on a fenced plot right on the bank of the Volga. The shore is high near the house, there is a staircase to the Volga and a pier, as well as a comfortable for children, gentle, sandy descent to the water is equipped a few houses away (1-2 min walk). The area is a pine forest, where you can pick berries and mushrooms. On the ground floor of the house: kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom. The attic floor is a single room overlooking the Volga for relaxation in bad weather. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: - bathroom, - shower cabin, - hot water (water heater) - heating (electric heaters) - TV - a crib - bed linen, towels, household cleaning products. Kitchen: - fridge, - electric stove (2 burners), -Microwave -Electric kettle -All necessary utensils, spices In the courtyard there is a barbecue area (skewers and grill are provided), a recreation area with sun loungers and garden furniture, a parking space for the car. Boat rental for a walk or fishing is available at an additional charge. We will be glad to receive you on a visit! Other things to note The ground floor of the house is heated by electric heaters. The second (attic) floor is not heated.
