Modern Villa tastefully decored. Nestled between Chennai & Mahabalipuram in Venkateswara Gardens, a premier gated community on the scenic ECR, opp Mayajaal. Right on the gorgeous, almost private beach along the beautiful Coromandel Coast. Well-maintained pool & garden. The kitchen has basic utensils, fridge & microwave. 4 bedrooms and the hall are airconditioned. We have a TV with TataSky. Very close to tourist attractions like Mayajaal, Dakshinachitra, DizzyWorld, Crocodile bank, etc. The space 4000 sq ft modern villa. 4 large a/c bedrooms, hall & dining. High ceilings with abundant light and air. Attached bathrooms. The family room has a doublebed too. It is not a/c but excellent ventilation. As such parties are not permitted and we charge for all guests -- including kids and day guests. If you wish to hold a party, there would be addition charges. (Our large open-air Terrace with the breath-taking oceanic view is ideal for 30 - 50 guests and a wide range of event formats including: birthday parties, corporate events. Buffets can be arranged.) This is a self service home, however should you need any assistance with cooking, cleaning, etc, help can be arranged on payment. With advance notice, we can arrange for a vehicle with driver for airport pickup / for half or full day trips in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden. They can use the kitchen if they please. Other things to note The charges depend on the total number of guests including day visitors. Please mention the correct number for the correct charges to show up. Please treat this home as if it was your own. No pets. No smoking. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. Clean the kitchen after you use it. Use internet only for legal purposes and not for any illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. n case of power outage, genset supports 2 air conditioners
