Casa Roosevelt Coffee room private bathroom & pool

Our interbellum house is located 4 minutes walking from Kortrijk station. We both work and live at home on ground floor and first floor. Our ground floor garden has a heated pool. Winter +-16 C The double room is on the 2nd floor next to the bathroom (not en-suite). We also have a family room for max 6 persons on the 3rd floor that can be added to your reservation in case you want an extra room for your group. There is 1 window with outdoor screen (sun and mosquito protection) and you have a view of the square with trees. The double room is around 5 meters long to 4m wide. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa for 1 person, 1 small table with chair to work on, 1 bid wardrobe to hang your clothes. The bathroom is next to the room but not en-suite. Guest access Entrance to outside pool and city garden. There is an outdoor shower. Entrance to the pool is via the basement with dressing room. During your stay We share our house with our guests. I love to interact and talk. I work at home and am ready for your questions about Kortrijk (Courtray or Courtrai) or even Bruges, Ypres and more places as travel is my passion (and job). Other things to note There is a cat in the house. He likes to come into the family room when you don’t close the door :-) Your room has a co-sleeper for baby or toddler (up to 3 years). No extra charge for baby. The double room has a wooden floor. Screens for sun, curtains. The outdoor pool is to swim against the current (4m-2,5m) or to play/relax. April-September between 22 and 30 degrees. Winter around 16 degrees. The idea is to swim with wetsuits or tops in winter. We have a inflatable canoe for 2 adults 2 kids for rent to kayak on the river Lys (Leie) 1 block away and safety vests. Electric cars can load car in front of house (you pay charging and parking)
