Son Rebassa is a country house located on the outskirts of San Juan, municipality of Pla de Mallorca. Away from every kind of conventional mass tourism. Thanks to the location it is easy to access anywhere as whatever the destination is, it is the same radius away. The house has been built in every detail and with the best qualities, also decorated with great taste respecting the heritage and culture of the Balearic Islands. The space The Mallorcan-style estate invites you to vacation in a very authentic setting. The private salt pool has, where around there are six sun loungers that are ideal for sun lovers. Also nearby there is a chillout to rest and disconnect near nature. After a swim in the pool you can shower outside thanks to the outside shower. The property features furnished terraces, a large garden, and a barbecue. It is also equipped with wifi, satellite TV and central heating. The house is distributed on one floor where you will find a large and cozy fully equipped kitchen dining room, a living room that overlooks the main terrace, a full bathroom with bathtub, three double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom. To enter the house there is a reception where you can take in and store your things. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the condition of the pool, garden and other facilities, always with the prior authorization of the guest. Other things to note Utilities included: - Bed linen: Change every 9 days. - Towels: Change every 9 days. Specify other towel and bedding changes for long stays and prices. Costs not included to be paid at destination: - Tourist Tax (Required): At the entrance you have to pay the Ecotax (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) by cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night and person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night and person in the high season. From the ninth day, it is reduced to half. Persons under the age of 16 excluded. - You will be asked for your personal information to send to the police registration a few days before check in.
