The space has been renovated just 2 years ago with a new kitchen equipped with induction stove, fan assisted oven, dishwasher and a fridge. Bialetti espresso pot, a blender and a citrus juicer are there for you to use. 40" smart TV with Wifi connection, and those who stay longer will appreciate the super efficient Dyson vacuum - it really is a lifesaver! The bedroom windows face a green area with plenty of trees. The nearby road has very little traffic, so there is usually no noise during the night. You will sleep on a good quality 160 cm double-mattress bed with cotton sheets and a fluffy blanket. Fresh towels are provided at the beginning of your stay. Consumables, like toilet paper and soap are provided at the beginning of your stay but not replenished. Guest access You can use the excellent laundry machine and dryer in the basement of the building for 2 EUR per machine, with prior reservation. Free parking is available on the small roads around the building, and on sunny days you can have your morning coffee outside in the courtyard.
