BUILDING with 2 apartments: MICHELANGELO + RAFFAELLO - MICHELANGELO With a surface area of 120 square meters and private garden, it can accommodate 6 + 2 people and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is very spacious; it includes a beautiful fireplace. And 'this is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra persons without any extra charge. It is the greatest and more comfortable home in the complex. It occupies the entire first floor of the building, on ground floor is located the apartment RAFAELLO. Outside guests have at their disposal a large garden area, well separated from that of the other apartments, equipped with table and chairs for dinner, lunch or outdoor, umbrella and chairs to be able to spend time and relax. - Apartment RAFAELLO This apartment is located on the ground floor, with an area of about 70 square meters, can accommodate 4 + 2 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. 3.
