Guest access The Property Experience a rare sense of space in the city. Our 300 sq. ft. studio is tucked away at the back of a peaceful triplex property. Recently updated with a brand-new bed and premium mattress, this is a clean, minimalist, and quiet "home base" for your Bay Area stay. Outside, you’ll find plenty of open green space and a large walnut tree, offering a calm, airy atmosphere that feels worlds away from the urban hustle. Arrival & Parking: Driveway Parking: Pull into the driveway on the left. Please park to one side to leave room for a second vehicle. The Path: Take the cement walkway located between the driveway and the open green space. Entry Instructions: The Gate: The walkway leads directly to a wood gate. Simply type your provided code into the keypad to unlock it. Your Door: Once through the gate, your studio is the second door on the right. Outdoor Space: Feel free to enjoy the large lawn or relax in the sitting area beneath the walnut tree at the back of the property. Other things to note To maintain a pleasant and safe environment, we have a few house rules in place: No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping and lighting incense, is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the entire property. Our property is a non-smoking facility. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by smoking, and their deposit will be forfeited. Registered Guests Only: For the safety and privacy of our tenants and guests, unregistered visitors are not permitted on the property at any time. No Parties: As part of a quiet, family-friendly apartment house where both children and individuals working from home reside, we kindly request that you respect their peace and quiet. Parties are not allowed on the premises. Filming and Photography: Any filming or photography sessions on the property must be authorized in advance. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and additional fees may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they contribute to a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all.
