You are reminded of the safety features in the studio upon arrival & ask that you take a moment to read the 'Fire Hazard' notice on the inside of the front door upon arrival. Other notices once read can be put away in a drawer. We feel that this approach is the only way that we can be sure that guests have been made aware of the features of our accommodation because each accommodation is different. Some safety notices are permanently in place & there is a reason for this. You will undoubtably notice that we are as environmentally friendly as we can be. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING - BY REQUESTING TO BOOK YOU ARE AWARE OF THESE - - You must read the Fire Hazard information provided on the inside of the front door. By continuing your stay after reading this it means that you are aware of the information contained therein and will abide by any rules it contains. - There is a step at the front door. - There is a home security motion sensor in the unit - no camera just a sensor. This produces a very dim red light when detecting a motion. This is linked to our own home security system and is to protect the property and contents as well as the individuals. - Electric vehicles must not be charged using the power sockets. - A car will be essential as no public transport. - An iron & board available upon request - Sorry no dogs or pets. - There is a 23cm step in and out of the shower - There is a width restriction to get in & out of the shower of about 38cm on the shower sliding door opening. This will not at all be an issue for a majority of people. - Feather & down 5ft quilt (cool in summer warm in winter) Please advise if allergic or do not wish to use any animal products of this nature. - Only use the cleaning products (e.g.washing up liquid, shower cleaner etc) provided which are all bleach free. - Do not dispose of anything down the toilet other than that which is meant to be disposed of such as toilet paper - no nappies, wipes even disposable ones etc. This is because of the type of wastage system we have in the accommodation. There are notices reminding guests of what cannot be disposed of down the sinks and toilet. We apologise in advance if you find our notices annoying. However for guests safety and comfort they are necessary. We want our guests to have the best experience without any issues during their stay.
