“SAPFO” contemporary apartment town center

“Sapfo” is a modern fully equipped apartment (75 sq.m) on the first floor of a 2-storey building located on the main pedestrian street in the town of Lefkada, distanced from noisy night clubs and cafes. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The space The apartment consists of one large bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. In the livingroom there is a sofa easily turned to a queen size bed. We also offer (on demand) a baby playpen/cot. The front balcony overviewing the busy road is ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. All rooms have eco air conditioning with ionizer, always available hot water, screens in all windows, free Wi-Fi and spacious laptop/working space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a two unit built-in stove top, basic cooking utensils, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee and an espresso machine and a complete dining set for six . The apartment also has a 40’ flat TV, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and drying rack, an electric iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is οn the first floor, it is independent, with a private entrance and a staircase. There is a front balcony overviewing the pedestrian street, and one at the back. Other things to note It's important to know that the apartment is connected to a water tank so the lack of water or water pressure the city faces specially in the summer, won't affect our guests. (not for drinking). Before arrival, ask for a baby playpen/cot if needed. (it comes with two sets of baby sheets and a babypillow). Upon arrival, to make things easy until you settle we provide a couple of bottles of water, all kinds of coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
