Old mill by the stream

Il Vecchio Mulino is an ancient rural residence that combines hospitality, nature, and tranquility, offering an authentic stay between history, sustainability, and relaxation. Original architectural elements are still well preserved inside. From the living area, you can access the balcony that directly overlooks the Pennavaire stream, (which is also easily accessible via an external wrought iron staircase), thus offering a unique experience. NB: the stream is suitable for swimming most of the year. The space The accommodation is reached by a road that can be traveled by car, although it is just a few meters from the main road, this allows you to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. A large living area will welcome you at your entrance with a nice kitchenette with counter and a dining area that is truly unusual due to the presence of an ancient stone millstone used as a table with a balcony overlooking the river. An open staircase leads to the mezzanine, which is used as a charming sleeping area and is served by a truly original bathroom. On the ground floor next to the entrance there is a second bathroom also equipped with a shower. The patio in front of the main door, surrounded by greenery, is the perfect place to dine outdoors or enjoy a drink or coffee in peace on warm summer evenings.
