Modern cottage near the sea and beaches on lovely Torö in Stockholm's southern archipelago. NOTE: Parties or similar are not permitted. Also, no more than 6 visitors, regardless of whether they sleep over in the house. Everyone in the party must be at least 30 years old (does not apply to accompanying children). The house is largely newly renovated with two furnished patios. Lawn for playing and games. Two swimming areas with beaches and jetties (7 and 12 minutes' walk, respectively), one of which has a wood-fired common sauna. The space Downstairs with hall and well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher as well as dining area with large windows. Living room with sofa, fireplace, Sonos speakers and TV (incl. Chromecast). Bathroom with shower, combustion toilet (works best with a maximum of three flushes per hour, but there is also a toilet in the guest house). WiFi from broadband via fiber. Washing machine with dryer. Steep stairs up to the upper floor. Three bedrooms, four beds. A master bedroom with 240 cm wide double bed. Two smaller rooms, each with a 90 cm bed. Door to all bedrooms. Guest house with four beds in two narrower bunk beds and toilet (combustion toilet with separate entrance). Guest access Access to the entire place. Other things to note The guest cleans. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. However, this can sometimes be arranged by the landlord for a fee. Needs to be agreed before booking.
