The beachfront luxury condo is steps from Downtown Sayulita's restaurant and nightlife scene, yet sheltered from the noise - offering peaceful bliss within walking distance to anything you need. The 3 bedroom space offers 4 beds (2 Kings, 2 Doubles), a full kitchen, TV's, internet, 2 working stations w/ docking systems, luxury décor/finishes, a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views, etc. Common Space: Infinity pool, BBQ lounge Other things to note Playa Iguana Rules: 1) Act in a manner that will not compromise the security and tranquility of other owners nor the prestige of the condominium. 2) Maintain a family-friendly environment. 3) Owners and their guests will be held responsible for damages to common areas. 4) Only 6 occupants per unit. 5) No rentals less than 5 days. 6) Quiet hours are midnight until 8 am. 7) Pool is closed at 10PM until daybreak. 8) Space for only one 4 seater golf cart. Do not park outside of your assigned space. 9) Children under 10 years old must remain out of the common areas after 8PM. 10) Do not hang items of any kind from the windows, railings, balconies, or in the common area. 11) Keep sound volumes to a level where it can be heard within the unit but not other units. 12) Guests are not permitted to have any pets. 13) Do not remove any items from the common areas for any reason. 14) Gently and securely close the funicular gate. 15) Administration is permitted to enforce these rules including inspection of personnel units in the event of a complaint/infraction. If the owner or renters are found to be at fault sanctions, including blocking the use of the funicular, will be applied. Please note that the funicular at Pescadores 22 has limitations that may require our guests to use the stairs to access their rooms. The funicular limit is 4 people at a time, restricted use during rain, and if the gates are not properly closed the funicular will not function. The steps up to Casa Chloe are 60 from the lower level.
