Open-plan living space with laminate flooring, box spring bed (180 cm width), wardrobe, iron & ironing board, armchair, TV, modern bathroom with bathtub & hair dryer, and fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. Free WiFi available. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement. A weekly cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets & towels) is available upon request for €66 per week. The apartment on Pantaleonswall is located in the center of Cologne and belongs to the Altstadt-Süd district. The so-called Pantaleonsviertel neighborhood is a 15-minute walk from Cologne's famous shopping streets around Neumarkt square and about a 25-minute walk from the cathedral. There are numerous supermarkets and shopping opportunities of all kinds in close vicinity of the apartment, as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Barbarossaplatz is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, from where underground trains and trams (lines 12, 15, 16, 18) run to all important destinations in and around Cologne. The Cologne-South regional train station, with regional connections to Bonn/Koblenz, Düsseldorf, Eifel, etc., is also less than a 10-minute walk away. Out of respect for our neighbours, parties and noise are prohibited. It is also not permitted to receive guests in the apartment without our approval. We ask our guests to provide the full names of their fellow travelers when booking and reserve the right to randomly check the identity of those present in the building. The use of the apartment for commercial purposes is forbidden and will be punished in case of violation. We reserve the right to exercise our domiciliary rights in the event of violations of these rules. For the safety of our guests, the entrance and hallways are under video surveillance.
