The house is in a residential neighborhood in Salema Beach, with free public parking, a 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the town center, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. The house has two floors: ground floor-living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 sunroom with washing machine, 1 full bathroom with shower, and 1 terrace with barbecue; 1st floor-2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 1 full bathroom with bath, 1 terrace with sea views. The space The house is fully equipped and includes bed and bath linens, and toiletries for the first day. 1 extra articulated bed can be placed in the common room for a child up to 12 years old, increasing the accommodation capacity for a maximum of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). This option needs to be communicated to us in advance and additional costs may be charged for the extra bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and terraces. Other things to note The house will be cleaned, including changing bed linen and bath, approximately every 7 days in bookings over 10 nights.
