Chalet on two private floors 260 m2

Welcome to our cottage located at 1120 m altitude, quiet area, with Minergie label in a green setting and away from the noise of the big city that will allow you to spend a relaxing vacation. Starting point for beautiful mountain hikes or a forest, to the top of Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. You have to expect a mountain road, for people who are not used to driving on a slightly steep road. The space You have three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, private living room with suspended fireplace, breakfast area and private balcony. You have a spacious kitchen, a large dining room. You also have the large terrace that connects directly with the kitchen. All spaces are on two floors that will be entirely private. My two boys and I live on the ground floor, but we cannot meet you inside the Chalet. The stairwell is completely closed and there is a separation door. You have a private entrance and free parking in front of the cottage. You have the Riviera card that allows you to have discounts of 50% and 20% on certain trains and free Riviera public transport. You need to take everything you need for meals, in town, because there are no shops in the village to resupply. Guest access Two floors of 260 m2 fully private, each bedroom has a private bathroom, a private balcony and a lounge area. Large kitchen, dining room, fireplace, several terraces and a garden behind the chalet equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and an Argentine grill. The mezzanine has a double bed, for an extra bed with a fee. Other things to note The final cleaning when you check out is part of the reservation. But a minimum of cleaning is required during your stay. If your stay goes to 15 days, you want a change of sheets , bath linens and a small cleaning it must be charged on site , a minimum of 5 hours of cleaning at 30 CHF per hour will have to be paid on site. You can expect a sometimes steep mountain road. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility, as well as for the elderly, as many of the stairs inside and outside the chalet. A car is highly recommended if you have a lot of luggage. I can possibly do the taxi and pick you up from Caux station with an additional fee according to schedule but to be booked in advance. Please note that the parking lot is directly in front of the chalet, at the end of the access road. In case of difficulty going up the road in winter, you can leave your car in front of the garages at the foot of the road, making sure to leave room for access to the other cars.
