The space R-House No elevator to 2nd floor is located in Yangjae's residential house area. it is near to subway stations ('Yangjae' stn of line#3, 'Yangjae Citizen's Forest' stn of line#Shinbundang) and many bus stops within 10 minutes. Guest access Please be advised that, according to the safety regulations of R House, no one else can visit the house or hold parties or gatherings other than the guests who have made the reservation, as it may cause damage to the next room or neighbors. R201 has a cozy studio type apartment with a bed (200 x 110 cm) and it also has a kitchen, bathroom and laundry machine. And it has a cable TV and high speed internet wifi(over 50 Mbps up/down dual band 2.4 & 5). Recommended to a single person to rest alone with dining and sleeping. Other things to note 1. No smoking (fine: USD100$) 2. No pet allowed into the room 3. No party & noise during 9 pm to 7 am 4. Check-in from 15:00 pm / Check-out till 11:00 am 1. Food waste: Put into the Blue plastic bag and place into the Orange plastic basket in the 1st floor. Animal bone & egg shell are not food waste but general garbage. 2. General garbage: put into White or Purple envelope. garbage is dumped, tied and placed next to the garbage can on the first floor. 3. After washing the milk container or yogurt container with water from the sink, separate the paper and plastic into the discharge container.
