The space Set just off Melbourne's famous Bank Place between Collins Street & Little Collins Street. A stones throw from some of the city's best shopping and eateries. The Australian, Savage and R.A.C.V. Clubs and many of Melbourne's finest surviving historical buildings are contained within the block. Close to lots of public transport if you would like to venture out of the city - local trams and Flinders Street and Spencer Street stations are in walking distance. The apartment previously let regularly between $260-$290 per night) Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment including a large private covered balcony offering city views. Guests are invited to checkin between the hours of 3pm and 6pm. If guests are arriving later in the evening the host can arrange to meet you to allow access, however a late checkin fee of $50 will be charged. The additional late arrival fee will be sent via Airbnb message and is payable during the guests stay. This policy is inline with airbnb policy. Other things to note Please note: Our check in window is between 3pm to 6pm, if outside these hours a $45 fee applies as someone needs to wait to allow access.
