The space This updated and renovated one bedroom, one bath condo is located directly at 61st St pier, you can enjoy Galveston Island Beach or Babe's Beach! The unit features island decor that will have you fully relaxed the moment you step inside. THE UNIT: Bedroom - Furnished with a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night after a day in the sun. Living Room - Features a TV and pull-out couch sleeps two, and the recessed bunk beds are perfect for kids. Kitchen - Fully stocked with a fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, full knife set and all the cookware necessary to cook the perfect island meal. Beach Amenities - Pack Less!!! We provide your beach towels! THE COMPLEX: Tastefully designed, the complex boasts two pools (one heated) as well as a hot tub. We encourage you to take advantage of all there is to do! Make yourself at home and enjoy your getaway! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Casa Del Mar Condominiums charges a $20+Tax facility access fee which is due at the time of check-in. This fee covers your on-site parking, wifi access, and access to the amenities at the complex. For stays over 30 days, the owners will pay pay the park fee. This unit has a no pets/no smoking policy.
