The Bothy

Experience a stay in original farm workers lodgings. The Bothy has been renovated to provide bespoke, accommodation with a modern twist. The original stonework of this 350 year old building has been left naked in places, allowing you to soak up its historic past. Original oak beams span the combined living/sleeping area that has a king sized oak framed bed. Enjoy a refreshing power shower, then close the shutters, settle down & cozy up for the evening in front of a roaring log burning stove. The space A unique, quirky, barn conversion. Huge wooden bed. Only 3 miles from Cockermouth our local Gem Town, 15 minutes drive to Keswick& its beautiful lake. Be at the sea within 5 minutes drive where you can experience some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere in the country. Excellent base for walkers & cyclists
