Our refined and polished apartment is situated in a road that takes down its name from Giuseppe La Farina. The apartment is situated at about 20 minutes going on foot from Florence's historic centre.Its main entrance is recognizable thanks to an historic main door,typically "Florentine". Our refined,modern and totally air-contidioned apartment is spacious and bright. Moreover is provided with a wide and pleasant garden,oasis of true peace and calm. The space When you will enter,you will be welcomed by an inviting entrance from which you can enter to the several rooms of our house. You will find,at your left,the first of our double room;next to this double-room,you will find an inviting and modern living room accessorized with two sofas and a capacious dinner table where you will be able to taste all your meals;going down from some little stairs that are in the living room,you will reach our other two bedrooms:the first with a double-bed while the second one will be eventually equipped for two cradles. These stairs that allow the access to our bedrooms are in perfect safety,thanks to a little gate,so....don't worry for your kids. Coming back to the upper floor,at the right of the living room,you can see our first bathroom,accessorized with a beautiful "Jacuzzi",excellent for relaxing yourselves after a day spent walking in the centre of Florence. The spacious and awesome main double-bedroom,is complete with all the necessary comfort and it overlooks our pretty garden. The second bathroom,that is very comfortable,is accessorized with a useful shower and all the necessary elements. Last but not Least,our accessorized kitchen,equipped with induction cookers,dishwasher,"Nespresso" Machine for coffee,toaster,kettle and a breakfast's table.From the kitchen,you can reach our terrace,that overlooks our garden:the terrace is provided with a "relax corner",where you could eat your breakfasts in the summer season. From the terrace,you can also reach the"Laundry-Room",with a washing machine without dryer,little but very useful.
