No unaccompanied minors due to there being a pool on the premises with no child proof gate. We can not be held responsible for minors. Our home is private. We have a driveway with two car parking. We also have a two car garage with one available bay. Additional parking on the street. No contact with guests unless there is a house emergency. During your stay our pool service company may show up to do weekly maintenance. During your stay our lawn service company may show up to do weekly maintenance. We offer HD TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Spectrum is the provider for the TVs as well as internet. Trash service is Tuesday and Thursday . We do not allow parties. If you have a party I will instruct Airbnb to call the police.
