Not your typical Airbnb. This is our vacation house too and we have it stocked so you can enjoy all of the amenities of home, without having to bring them yourself. Full kitchen with fresh coffee beans, K cups, and tea provided for starters. Breakfast starters provided too. Everything you need if you want to cook. Games for inside (including PS5), and backyard games too. 3 bedrooms on ground floor so no constantly having to go up and down steps. We love our place and know you will too. The space We have 4 fully updated bedrooms. Master bedroom: King bed with full private bath. Both shower and tub available. Ceiling fan/light above the bed for both comfort and light. Bedroom has 43" TV on a full dresser. Full closet available too. Full size mirror above the dresser. Second bedroom on main floor: Two twin beds with small dresser between. Ceiling fan installed for comfort. Full closet plus fold out stand for luggage. Mirror included. Third bedroom on main floor: Two twin beds with small dresser between. Ceiling fan installed for comfort. Full closet plus fold out stand for luggage. Mirror included Hall bathroom: Full bathroom, updated and completely stocked. Shower or bath available. Fourth bedroom in basement: King bed with access to full new, updated bath adjacent to sitting/TV area. Ceiling fan for comfort. Full dresser and full closet for ample storage. Full size windows to walk out basement patio. Mirror included. Full size bed in basement family room. 55" TV available. Full door access to backyard. Desk/lamp/chair installed for remote work station. Backyard deck: Access from main/ground floor, steps down to yard. Grill available, usually stocked with charcoal and lighter fluid. 8 seat patio table with umbrella. Looks out over Weems Creek headwaters with wildlife, birds, etc - no neighbors except to the sides. Shaded from approx 3:30pm and later during the summer for pleasant sitting and visiting area. Sunroom: Main floor access thru kitchen. 40" TV, full couch and ample lighting. Pleasant area for visiting or to have a break from the rest of the group. Guest access You will have the entire home. Please do not walk on the neighbor's lawns when entering or exiting our property, basically when going to or from your car. Other things to note Strict no party policy. We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
