From here, you can visit whatever part of the island you want, while having the city and its perks to return to. Argostoli offers a multitude of dining, nightlife and proper shopping options, as well as an ample choice of fine beaches within and all around the city. This cozy, fully renovated, beautiful house can be your base in town. The space Sizing around 70sqm (750sqft), this beautiful fully renovates family home in the heart of town, consists of two bedrooms, a living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a backyard with lots of space to sit, relax and enjoy your drinks or meals outside if you like. We have poured lots of love and personal touches in this house in our try to make it as cozy, comfortable and functional for your family or friends. We are certain that here with us you will enjoy the absolute Kefalonia experience and discover the true meaning of Greek hospitality. Entering the house, you walk into a nice living room space to sit and relax, with a large 3-seat sofa and a TV. Flanking the entrance are the two bedrooms and walking through the living room you end up to our dining area with a dining table that can sit four or even more people. The bedrooms are spacious and modern, equipped with a queen size bed in the master and two twin beds in the other one. There is plenty of wardrobe space to store your clothes in both. If there is the need for a fifth guest the sofa in the living room can be converted to a bed so we can host up to five. And of course in case of babies or infants we can provide a crib. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with normal size stove, oven and refrigerator. There is a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle available for your breakfast and or snacking needs. Of course, we have made sure to include all the essential utensils, basic kitchen tools, pots and pans you might need for a self-catering stay. You will have no problem cooking meals for any number of people in here. The laundry machine is also located in the kitchen area. Lastly, the bathroom is just regular bathroom, with ample space and it also has a tub. Of course, the house itself is only half the experience. There is a backyard and a front patio with furniture to sit outside for meals, or just coffee and drinks. Our street, even being somewhat central is still not at all frequented by traffic and the neighborhood is quiet. We even have a small barbeque available in the yard.
