Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. In a great position for walks up Carn Marth which has fantastic views towards, Falmouth, St.Austell and St.Agnes. Parking for one car available on drive. Guest access Entire ground floor space. Seating area outside. Other things to note Sunny Bank is not directly on the coast, but is in a ideal spot to get to the North and South coast by car. Public transport could be used, approx 10 minute walk to bus stop and approx 35 minute walk to train station. Taxes operate in the area, but obviously would cost more than local bus or train, depending on destination required.
