25/30p gîte in the mountains for families & friends

In the heart of the Alps at an altitude of 1000 m, facing the Obiou Massif and at the foot of the Ecrins National Park, come and enjoy our 18th century building, an old farm now converted into a free management gite that can accommodate small groups of friends up to 25/30 people. Want to enjoy the hiking trails that start from the cottage? Would you rather relax by the pool? Or just having a good time with friends? Welcome to our mountains! The space The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet, in Cros, in the municipality of Côtes de Corps, which has 68 inhabitants in all over all of its 13 hamlets! Our building, built in 1731 and renovated at the beginning of this millennium, has three floors: - on the first level, a large vaulted room of about 90 m2 with several tables and chairs to eat together, for children to play, but also to play music (with limited volume) and dance. It is also the lounge area and the equipped kitchen for small groups - on the second level, 5 bedrooms that are each equipped with an ensuite bathroom/toilet. A separate toilet also at the entrance to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. - on the third level, a dormitory has been fitted out with two bathrooms/toilets shared by the occupants. Given the relief and layout of the building, each level is actually accessible without stairs (except the dormitory which requires a few steps). Note that the levels do not communicate with each other (no internal stairs). Guest access Outside the dormitory bedrooms and large living room, you will have access to: - bread/pizza oven, very popular especially with large groups - rustic but functional barbecue - the gym (shared with the neighboring gîte) - the swimming pool (shared with the neighboring vacation rental) A large garden will allow you to enjoy our sunny days or the shade of our trees. It is equipped with deckchairs and large wooden tables for lunch/dinner. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not provided. Only duvets, blankets and pillows are available. If necessary, we can rent complete sets (fixed price of 25 euros per set with towels). This rate is deliberately dissuasive and will only be applied for a minimum of 3 nights. From 7 nights, the rental is free. Electricity and water are included in the price (no meter readings on departure and arrival). Wood for the bread oven or barbecue is also provided free of charge, but you can also pick up small wood or bread apples in the forest :-) Important: The price displayed by Airbnb is capped at 16 people (i.e. 16 X 30 Euros). So if there are more of you, you have to add this same rate of 30 Euros per person. Only adults and children over 6 years of age count in the workforce. Similarly, if there are fewer of you, the price is automatically reduced, with a minimum of 10 people (300 Euros). You pay for the actual number of people who stayed (which allows you some flexibility in knowing the exact number of guests at the last minute). Registration Details CDC-G-001
