Casa Claudia is a small rustic house, nestled in one of the most magical places in the province, the Reserve and its Salt Pans. It is located a few kilometers from the center of Marsala. It is a studio apartment on two levels with exposed bricks... a true Sicilian feeling! It is located in Marsala, in the nature reserve of the Stagnone, Stagnone salt pans, opposite the island of Mothia, kite surfing area The space Casa Claudia Sicilian rustic with exposed roof and flooring with decorative bricks of the early 1900s. It can accommodate up to four people, it is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It is a studio apartment on two levels: the living area consists of a living room, kitchenette and bathroom, the sleeping area is located in the wooden loft, with a double bed and a walk-in closet. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. Equipped with bed linen for the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen linen, dishes and furnishings, hairdryer, electric oven, toaster and wood stove (to be assembled). Free parking and car rental available. It is located 9 km from Trapani and 100 km from Palermo. Guest access Guests can enjoy a common area outside the house where they can smoke without any restrictions. Other things to note Casa Claudia is near the kitesurfing meeting point of the lagoon (Marsala) inside the reserve. Bed linen and towels are included for stays of up to 7 nights without any change. For stays longer than 7 nights, you can request a change of linen (for a fee). The fee is €20 per person and includes sheets and a set of 3 bathrooms.
