The house is set on the edge of Braunton village in a really quiet road, with country views, yoga studio/ workout room, parking and close to the beaches. The house is well equipped, great for a family or 2 couples, with views out over nature, great walks from the house and a footpath opposite. The house also benefits from a dedicated home exercise/ yoga studio. The surfing beaches of Croyde and Saunton are a 10 minute drive down the road and Braunton village is a 5 - 10 minute walk.
