Bright and spacious second-floor apartment in a converted warehouse in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, just off the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Waverley Station is a 5-minute walk, and you can reach Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, museums, restaurants and shops within minutes. The space The apartment has high ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light. There is lift access to the second floor. It’s an excellent base for exploring the city year-round and an especially convenient location during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe - you are right in the centre of events, venues and street performances. Because of the central location, you should expect some street noise, particularly at weekends and during festival periods. Sleeping Arrangements: 
 • Bedroom 1: King-size bed • Bedroom 2: Single bed Bedroom 2 can be converted into a twin room by pulling out a second single bed. Please note that when both beds are set up, floor space in the room is limited. Other things to note Noise The apartment is located in a busy part of the city centre and the street below can be lively at night, especially at weekends. The windows have been upgraded to high-performance double glazing (80% noise reduction), which significantly helps, but this is not a quiet residential area. If you’re looking for complete tranquillity, a location outside the city centre may be more suitable. Parking Parking in central Edinburgh is limited and mostly metered (typically 8:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Saturday). Charges are usually £3–£4 per hour, often with a 2-hour maximum stay.
