There is a free parking space included right at your front door! SMART Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max provided. You are more than welcome to use your own steaming services if you like as well. This is for one car/vehicle only! The space is entirely private! Other things to note I am open to guests bringing a hot plate to cook food as long as I am given prior notice. I just ask that you be conscientious to avoid splashing amd spilling any water, cooking oil, or food onto the walls and carpet while using it.
