The space This is a basement suite. You will have the entire basement to yourselves, but there may be people staying in the upper half of the house during your stay. But you will have your own private entrance on the side of the house. The door that connects the downstairs to the upstairs is locked from both sides. Other things to note This is a Great location! - 5 minutes from walmart. - 4 minutes from the Payson Temple. - 4 minutes from Spring Lake. - 5 minutes from places to eat like Chubby’s Cafe, IHOP, Costa Vida, KFC, and Cafe Rio. - 5 minutes from the Highway. -4 minutes from Beauty Bar Boutique beauty salon. You may park on the side of the street right in front of the house, or on the other side of the street right in front of the house if it is during the months of March 2-November 30. Parking during winter December 1 - March 1: Payson City does not allow people to park their cars overnight on the side of the street during these winter months. Because of this the basement unit has a reserved parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway. Please use this reserved parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway during your stay for overnight parking, if you are staying during winter months. Thank you.
