A large dining room, equipped kitchen with a very friendly central island, an independent TV room. 4 bedrooms upstairs each with bathroom and toilet. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom and 1 shared toilet. House fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. Other things to note -Only sheets for the 4 beds in 160 upstairs are provided. Beds are not made on arrival. - We don't provide bath towels or tea towels. - Pets are only allowed if they are not aggressive and are well-behaved. They must not be left alone in the accommodation. - Guests must leave the house in good order and cleanliness before departure, clean the BBQ, oven and fridge; throw away all the linen (mattress cushions pillows) remove the used sheets and fold them and collect their garbage (including bathroom and toilet) to deposit them in the village containers. Any additional cleaning or damage will be charged after the stay. So please be sure to respect the premises.
