The upper floor houses a two-room apartment with two connecting bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as a "Quercia" double bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa that can be transformed into a queen-size bed. Other double sofa beds and a bathroom with shower complete the offer. Our strategic location allows you to easily reach the main attractions of Umbria: Perugia 15 km away, Assisi 20 km away, Todi 25 km away, and we are less than 20 km from Umbria airport and 12 km from Perugia station. The Casa Panorama ad Est B&B is located inside our home, with a garden, a patio, a balcony, and a panoramic terrace. Breakfast, included in the price, is prepared and served by Stefy, and can be enjoyed on the balcony on the second floor, in the kitchen, or on the terrace for a panoramic view. A home restaurant service, themed dinners, and musical evenings are available upon request. During your stay Our presence will be discreet and available as needed by the guest, ensuring a friendly and familiar welcome. We live in the same building, in a private area, and we are available for any of your requests or needs, both during the breakfast service and at other times. We are happy to offer advice on cultural and food and wine tours and, upon request, we can provide babysitting services and company for children or the elderly during your excursions.
