Welcome to HUT Co-living, a co-living space in the heart of city centre. The listing has 500 Mbps WiFi, conducive work desk, laundry facilities and an all-inclusive kitchen. All you need is to bring your luggage and move in. Our rate is inclusive of utilities (10 hours of AC /day), internet, detergents, and toilet rolls. *Note: Request an optional room cleaning @ RM30 / session Guests: Working professionals, interns, exchange students, and digital nomads. Station: MRT Ampang Park | LRT KLCC The space The co-living space has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 person at one time. The four bedrooms are: Signature Room (Master Room with ensuite bathroom equipped with bath tub) - up to 2 pax Quad Room (Large Room with ensuite bathroom) - up to 4 pax Super Solo Room (Medium Room with ensuite bathroom) - up to 2 pax Mini Solo Room (Small Room with private bathroom) - 1 pax Bilik Mix is a medium size bedroom with 2 single beds (for 2 pax.) Our co-living space is most suitable for like-minded people to live together to make great things happen but with personal privacy at the same time. There is no specific criteria for the like-minded people as long as long you have the desire to do great things. You will have the entire bedroom to yourself and share several facilities in the common area such as: . 60" LED TV (opps did I mention Netflix?) . Chic common space area with wooden tables, chairs and sofas . Fully equipped kitchen . Laundry facilities like dryer and washing machine etc... . 500 Mbps High Speed WiFi . Honest bar Feel free to make this space as a social, a work or a gathering space. Have your own privacy in your room but also cherish the opportunity to meet new friends that come from all walks of life and different backgrounds. Guest access Guests could access to the common facilities of the building. There are as follows: * Gym * Swimming pool During your stay Our co-founding team lives 20 minutes away. We are available to help out or introduce you to the sights and sounds of Kuala Lumpur. Occasionally, we will drop by Hut Co-living's spaces to meet and discuss ideas with our guests. So don't be surprised if you see a one of us popping up there :) Other things to note *Long-term guest:* If you stay more than 30 days, we will i. get your information, ii. sign an e-tenancy agreement with you, and iii. you are required to register yourself at the management office of the building within 3 days upon check in. This is for the face-recognition registration purpose. (There is NO deposit, NO administration fee, NO legal fee and NO lock-in period) *Short-term guest:* If you stay less than 30 days, you are not required to register for the face-recognition system. However, you need register yourself (write name and passport no.) at the guard house every time you enter into the building. Please contact us if you need further clarification.
