The space The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable living/dining area with a full size bed and a sofa bed. A key is required to enter. The elevator also is keyed. There is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building with coin operated washers and dryers. Walk to everything... the beach, restaurants, boutiques, car rental, Walgreen's, and more. Take 15 minutes cab drive from the airport or to the Old San Juan and you can take the bus. The bus stop is right across the street. The parking spots are not assigned and they are first come first served (parking before 9:00 pm available) after 9:00 there is a public parking near the building. The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home of perhaps the most popular, and well maintained, beach in Puerto Rico and to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 10 minutes drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico.
