A spacious and cozy studio for rent in Ly Nam De Str., Hoan Kiem. Located just a few steps from the Old Quarters, ~7min from Imperial Citadel, Flag Tower, Military History Museum, 10mins from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, 10 mins from Hoan Kiem lake (on foot). The studio is 30m2, bright (with 4 windows), furnished with aircon, fan/heater, fridge, TV cable, wifi, big bed (1m5x2m), and private bathroom. We are fluent in both English and French (少し日本語) , so don’t worry about language barriers ☺ The space The studio is spacious, furnished, cheap, convenient (right at the city centre). And the owner lives in the same house with you, so you will have a chance to experience living with a local family :) Guest access Our house is very easy to find. Just tell the taxi driver to take you to our address, call us on phone, we will be there immediately to say Hello and take you to your room :) Other things to note -Your room is on the 4th floor (no lift) -the stairs from 2-4th floor are narrow. Big sized suitcases can not be brought to your room. You can leave your suitcases in the living room. If it is inconvenient to you, please don't book. -Not suitable for elder people or people who have leg problems. -Small kids are not advised to stay in my place since the window can be dangerous to them -The restroom is partially outdoors (next to the balcony)
