The apartment Casaglia is a comfortable and elegant accommodation close to the town of San Gimignano, famous for its history. Perfect for host a total of 2+2 people, couple or family with 2 children, features 1 bedroom, 1 fully equipped bathroom, toilet and a large open-plane with lounge and 2 modern single sofa bed. A shared pool is available for all the guests and a free parking near the apartment is available as well. The space The apartment features at the ground floor: large open-space with living with 2 single moder sofa bed, dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and access to the toilet. At the down stair (accessible through a staircase) the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. A second room with access from the double bedroom has the wardrobe and 2 folding single beds that can be used at the discretion of the guests (Please note that this room has no window). The master bedroom has a French door leading in to the garden. The two single sofa beds are suitable more for children then adults. The en-suite bathroom features double sink, shower and Jacuzzi. You have access to the garden from the master bedroom or from a wood gate located near the main entrance. The fully equipped kitchen features: small fridge, oven, and gas hob. Tv and wifi available. The pool is near the apartment and is shared with all the guests. It's open seasonal between June and September. The private car parking is suitable for max 2 cars. Guest access The guests can have access at the apartment with private entrance, at the private garden, at the pool shared with all the guest open seasonal between June and September. Every aparment has is own sun beds. In the pool area is possible to take all the useful info about the opening time. The access to the apartment is trough a gate. The car parking is available for max 2 cars. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the apartment is sell with only 1 bedroom and that 4 people can sleep 2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the single sofa beds in the lounge. The 2 single folding beds that are visible in the photo in the wardrobe room are in addition and can be used at the discretion of the guests. The wardrobe room have no window. The access to the garden is throug the master bedroom or from a wood gate located near the main entrance. The garden is equipped with table and chairs. During the spring, autumn and winter there is an extra charge for the heating that is calculate at consumption with reading of the meter at the Check In/Out. The extra cost is € 7,00 per cubic meter of consumption. The fireplace visible in the photo is only for ornamental and for safe reason cannot be used. The accesso to the residencial hamlet is trough a gate. All the arrival after 8:00 pm must agree with the key holder and has an extra cost of € 30 to be pay on spot in cash at the Check In.
