Nice student room to share

Come and share the tranquility of my studio, halfway between the downtown area and the university in one of the most popular areas of the city. Ideal if you don't want to be alone during your stay or have someone to accompany you and/or practice English or French. I am rather discreet but always open to discuss, I like to read, sing, dance, watch a good movie and hairsting. So it is with great pleasure that I will welcome you! The space It is a simple but nice two-room apartment. Apart from the calls to prayer and the noise of the traffic to which one gets used rather quickly, the building is calm with relatively discrete neighbors. The apartment is: - 5 minutes from SAHM shopping center (supermarket) - 10 minutes from Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop University - 20 minutes from the city center. There is free wifi access and even a desk if you need to work. the apartment is located on the first floor without elevator. It is a non smoking apartment. Guest access The room is private and equipped with a bed, a fan, storage and a small desk. The common areas: bathroom and kitchen. During your stay When I'm not working, I'm pretty casual. Then I will always be at your fingertips to answer your questions or simply to discuss. Always ready to help you wherever possible. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator. Linen (sheets, bath towel) is provided free of charge, but cleaning is charged. There is no washing machine, but there are two laundromats in the neighborhood. I maintain discreet cordial relations with my neighbors and I intend you to do the same.
