A lovely spacious ground-floor flat is located in the highly-desirable Preston Park area. With regular trains to London, and along the South Coast, the train station is located at the end of our street. Preston Park and the Rock Gardens are also nearby, providing plenty of natural beauty and greenery. Our friendly neighbourhood is quietly tucked away in a cozy corner of the city, with easy access to Brighton Centre, and the beach, all within walking distance, or via bus, train, bike, or car. Other things to note *** UPDATED PARKING INFORMATION *** Parking directly outside our property is free during evenings / overnight (8pm - 9am). During daytime hours, the fee is now regulated by a Pay-by-Phone system, and the maximum stay is restricted to 4 hours. If you are looking for free parking during the day, I would recommend Preston Drove, and the surrounding area, where you can find unrestricted on-street parking all-day long. This area is just a short walk from the flat (approximately 5 - 10 minutes).
