For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €150 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The guest will receive a request from the host through Airbnb for the amount of supplies exceeded that must be accepted and paid, upon presentation of a supply invoice justifying the payment. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the apartment in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the garbage in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN The check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00, all arrivals between 22:00. and 1:00 a.m. will have a surcharge of €20. Arrivals after 1:00 am will not be attended.
