The apartment is part of a historical building (1901). Kitchen renovation is done, but not all parts of the apartment is fully renovated. We like the charm of apartment. I hope you will, too. :-) Parking on the street is restricted and will be fined. You have to park the car in an external parking garage which will cost extra. Please ask the host for details. Vienna is inconvenient for cars. We recommend to use other transportation. There is only one bathroom which can be used. There is another bathroom but no warm water
