A brand new house on the hill between Bondi Beach 5 minutes away and Tamarama Beach also 5 minutes away.All modern conveniences ,new comfortable beds which can accomodate two people(see extras) ,hotel quality sheets coninental breakfast on sun drenched balcony. Walk to restaurants ,bars ,breakfast and lunch cafes .Surf 4 beaches walking distance. Its a very quiet area, you can just hear the sea. Nightlife with live music on beach,bars,and hotels, down on beach. We do not do monthly bookings . The space Good also for solo travellers and business people, I can direct you to places where the locals go, to make your stay a memorable one. Buisness people will not be disturbed and can come and go as they please, early out and late returns. Large rooms ,great new beds and sheets ,table and chairs for work station and eating.Laundomats very close and fast service.Washing machine and outside lines in house.Wifi. Guest access Bedroom,balcony,bathroom and fridge,microwave and eating facilities,table and chairs in room and on balcony all upstairs Washing machine ,one wash per short stay. If you want to cook you may use the kitchen downstairs ,please clean up after. During your stay I am available to help with walks,sightseeing, nightlife, restauarants and bars.Trips to other suburbs to see historical places, Bangaroo, Darling Harbour,and the Aquaruim ,Maritime museum, the Opera House,Art Gallery Nsw , and Botanical Gardens to name a few. Other things to note There are stairs up to room, not many, the bathroom and rooms are all upstairs, as is ,a fridge, microwave and all eating utensils, toaster, water jug ,etc .and a continental breakfast provided, There is no parking on my property, sorry.
